Introduction of Concrete Reinforced Rebar Mesh Welding Machine

 

Reinforced Rebar Mesh Welding Machine automatically welds steel wires into mesh for construction. Controlled by PLC, it precisely clamps and welds wire intersections using electric current and pressure. The machine continuously pulls and cuts mesh for efficient production. It features high welding speed, accurate sizing, energy-saving operation, and easy touch screen control, supported by servo motors and air cylinders for stable performance.

 

Features of Concrete Reinforced Rebar Mesh Welding Machine

 

1. Special steel tube enables easy line wire feeding; servo motor sends line wires further; SMC cylinders auto-clamp; slot tunnels lift to protect electrodes.

2. Cross wire feeder with 1T capacity uses motor & reducer for bulk feeding; servo motor ensures precise, stable wire falling with big torque.

3. Mesh pulling is driven by servo motor with reducer, SMC cylinders control hook lift, and PLC adjusts wire spacing via touch screen.

4. PLC control system ensures precise, automated operation of the entire machine, allowing easy parameter setting, real-time monitoring, and stable performance.

 

Advantages of Reinforced Rebar Mesh Welding Machine

 

1. The Line Wires Automatic Feeding Device is to automatically send the manually threaded well line wires to the welding electrode position of the main mesh welding machine;
2. The single power of the soldering resistance transformer is 200KVA, installed with cooling water circulation and to prevent the transformer from burning ou and greatly prolong the machine usage life;
3. The cross wire feeding device which can send the pre-cut steel wires into the welding electrode position of mesh welding machine according to the welding requirements,can store about 1000kgs of pre-cut cross wires;
4. Pulling mesh device is to pull the welded cross wires out of the mesh according to the parameters set by the program, and according to the length of the mesh, it can realize multiple reciprocating pulling mesh, until the whole mesh is completely pulled out;
